Due to electrical problems, I was not able to put a track in the trail system, but I renovated both soccer fields, the service road with loop around soccer nets, and the center loop in the woods. It skate-skied very well this afternoon and felt smooth. The renovator does groom well in low snow conditions. Since the surface is a bit soft, classic skiing should be feasible too.
