All members of the Waterloo Region Nordic Sports Club are invited to a
General Meeting on Thursday September 27, beginning at 7 pm at the
Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex (Room 202), Father David Bauer
Drive.

There are 2 items on the agenda. The first is to present and approve the
WRNSC's audited financial statement for the 2006-2007 season. The second
item of business is the appointment of a director to fill the current
vacancy on the board. All club members to consider
volunteering or to nominate an individual for this position.

Following the General Meeting there will be a board meeting where the
program budgets for the upcoming ski season will be presented. Members
are welcome to stay and listen and ask questions.

Important Note: Access to the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex via
Westmount Rd. & Father David Bauer Dr. will be unavailable from
September 24 to October 31 due to road construction. Please access the
building's East entrance via Erb Street.
