Annual WRNSC Banquet, Sunday April 6

Hello everyone,

The Annual WRNSC Year-End Banquet is coming fast! It will be held on
Sunday April 6th at Camp Heidelberg (located on Kressler Road, between
Erbsville and Benjamin Roads).

This is the BEST time to return your rental equipment - please bring it
with you to the banquet!

The day will go something like this:

3:00 to 4:30

* Equipment rental returns

* Hike the trails

* Set up tables & chairs

4:30 to 5:30 Potluck Dinner

* Please bring your favourite dish to share with others

* BYO plates, cutlery, cups, etc.

5:30 to 6:30

* Awards presentation for all WRNSC programs

6:30 to 7:00

* Clean-up and farewells
